Order online
Use our easy online booking system to provide all the details we need to prepare your ski or snowboard rental ahead of your ski holiday. Our Ski Higher team will deliver your equipment directly to your door prior to your arrival.
By booking online you have the flexibility to choose the price band you wish, and you’re always free to exchange or upgrade your ski equipment once you arrive in resort. Our skilled technicians will endeavour to select the best ski or board rental for you, tailored to your experience and the current snow conditions in the Three Valleys.

If you arrive in resort and have not pre-booked your ski rental equipment online, simply give us a call on +33 (0)4 79 00 51 70 and one of our Ski Higher technicians will come to take your order in person.
We also operate out of shop hours, so no matter how early or late you arrive, our skilled technicians are always on hand to get you geared up and ready to hit the ski slopes.
Delivery of your ski rental
If you’ve pre-ordered, your ski hire will either be waiting for you in your accommodation or pre-prepared ready and waiting for your call.
Once you’ve arrived in resort, simply ask a member of your chalet staff to contact us, or call us directly at +33 (0)4 79 00 51 70. We’ll send a Ski Higher technician around to make any necessary changes or adjustments to your ski gear, and to regulate your bindings if you are using your own ski boots.
Changing your ski hire during your stay
If at any point during your ski holiday you feel less than 100% satisfied with your ski equipment or if you’d simply like to try something different, then don’t hesitate to contact us and we will send a technician to see you.
If you are staying in Les Allues or La Tania, you can also pop into your local Ski Higher shop to make any changes.
Payment for your ski equipment
We process most ski rental payments online to ensure your ski holiday remains as uninterrupted as possible. Any refunds or adjustments can be easily handled via credit card over the phone or through an email payment link.
If you prefer, a member of our Ski Higher team can visit your chalet to complete payment during the week.
Collection of your ski rental
At the end of your ski holiday, we’ll conveniently collect your ski equipment directly from your chalet or accommodation, saving you the hassle of another trip to the ski shop.
